The notes for today's lecture on Protein Folding are now available. This should only take 30 minutes or so; the second half of class will be a review for the final. At the end of class we will do course evaluations.
Please note that the final will be held on December 10th from 12:00 - 3:00 pm in our usual lecture room, HL 3324.

The files for part B of assignment 9 are below. There are two PDF handouts to this assignments as well as a number of Excel worksheets. You will have to submit both a written part of the assignment as well as your worksheets, which can be emailed to Dr. Fitzkee. This assignment will challenge you, but you have until December 3rd to complete it. Fortunately, we have covered everything you will need to know to complete this assignment, and you can start now if you like.

The first part of assignment 9 (part A) is available here. This part of the assignment is due Thursday, November 21st in class. Please note the difference from previous assignments which were due at the end of the week. There is a substantial opportunity for bonus points on this assignment, but you will have to earn them - the bonus question is not easy.
